WHICH WARRANTY PERIOD DOES LOCKSTOCK OFFER?

LockStock grants you a warranty covering hidden manufacturing defects for 24 months from date of purchase. The warranty only covers damages not caused by accident, improper use, and normal wear and tear. As from 6 months following the purchase of your item, you will need to demonstrate that the defect was indeed a hidden manufacturing defect. The repair within this period shall have to be done by a LockStock jewelry craftsman.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO WHEN I WANT TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

If you have ordered your jewelry from our e-shop and you believe that you have a valid warranty claim, than please contact us at info@lockyourstock.nl Provide us with your order number, clear images of the suspected fault and a brief description of the claim. Please await our reply before returning the damaged jewelry.
